Cancellation Policy

By reserving a room at Hawthorn Bed and Breakfast, you agree to the following policies, terms and conditions.

 

Cancellation

We are a very small facility (we have only four guest rooms), and that forces us to be rather restrictive in our cancellation policy. If you cancel a reservation, it’s very unlikely that we would be able to rent your room to someone else – most visitors would have already booked a room at some other place. Large hotels can afford the “same day” cancellations – we cannot, sorry. Thank you for understanding!

• Any reservation must be cancelled no later than 7 days in advance midweek and 14 days at weekends
• If you cancel within the 7 days midweek or 14 days at weekends, we will have to charge the first night’s rate to your credit card.
• If you cancel after this time, you will be charged for every night reserved.
• €20 per room booking fee (non refundable)  – balance due on arrival.

NO REFUND is given in any other circumstances.

NO SMOKING POLICY:

We do not allow smoking in any part of Hawthorn B&B and we do adhere strictly to this policy. A surcharge of €100 will be applied to room charges for anyone smoking within the house.

 

Full breakfast is served from 7.30 – 10.00 a.m.

CHECK-IN: From 2.00 p.m. Please let us know if you require an earlier check in and we will try to accommodate you.

CHECK-OUT: On day of departure before 11.30 a.m
